With more than five and a half decades of life experience and and many years devoted studying, practicing, and embodying the principles she shares, Jennifer brings a rare blend of wisdom, practical knowledge, and lived experience to her work. Her approach is rooted not only in education and training, but in a life spent navigating challenges, transitions, growth, and transformation.
As an entrepreneur, Jennifer understands what it means to lead, build, carry responsibility, travel internationally for business, manage pressure, and continue showing up when the body and nervous system are asking for something different. She has experienced burnout, navigated major life transitions, faced personal challenges, and rebuilt herself from the inside out. That lived experience is the foundation of how she supports others.
Jennifer’s path has taken her from tending the land at Big Medicine Ranch, her organic farm, to deep study in herbal medicine as a Certified Herbalist, Buddhist philosophy as an Ordained Buddhist Minister, breath-work, functional wellness, nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and the powerful relationship between thoughts, emotions, internal patterns, and biology. This type of coaching is often used to help prepare for, support, and reinforce a medical treatment plan through lifestyle modifications, nutritional guidance, herbal support, stress management, and accountability.
For those seeking deeper healing and long-term change, most clients benefit from working together for at least 3–6 months. This allows time to identify root contributors, implement sustainable lifestyle changes, support nervous system regulation, nutrition and herbal support and begin shifting the patterns that may be impacting overall health and well-being.
Longer programs (6–12 months) provide the opportunity for deeper healing, habit and pattern transformation, detox protocols & system rebuild, creating greater resilience, and full integration of the changes being made.
